Here are the steps to be able to download and install Office365 Apps on your iPad:

Note: You will need your official Cerritos College student email to activate Office365. 

Note: You need to be currently enrolled in a class for the license to be active for Office 365.

Note: Logging in to one of the Office365 apps should authenticate the rest of the Office365 apps that you download on your iPad.

Please follow these steps:

Steps 1: On your iPad navigate to the App Store.

Step 2: Search for "Office365". Office365 can be downloaded as a bundle or your can download each individual app as needed. For example: if you only need Microsoft Word, you can download just Microsoft Word on your iPad and do not have to download the bundle. The option to download either the bundle or individual apps is totally up to you.

Step 3: Choose the app you need and click "get". You may be asked to enter your AppleID credentials to be able to download the app.

note: Verify that the Office365 application that you are downloading is in fact from Microsoft Corporation.

Step 4: Once the app is downloaded, open the Office365 app. The app should then ask for you to sign in. This the step where you will need your Cerritos College student email.

note: You are specifically looking for your email in this format: XXXX@student.cerritos.edu

Step 5: Enter your student email in to the field and click "next". The login page should immediately switch to the MyCerritos login page. 

Step 6: In the MyCerritos login window, you should see your Cerritos College student email in the username section. Delete that and enter your student ID and password like normal.

Step 7: Once your login is complete, the Office365 application you chose should activate.

Note: The application will only activate for students that are currently enrolled in a class.
