How do I access Office 365 on my computer?

How to access the browser-based version Office 365:


Note: You must be a currently enrolled student (classes have started and you have paid all fees) to be able to activate and use Office365 on your device.


Access Office 365 from the MyCerritos Portal.

  1. Go to https://cerritos.onbio-key.com/sso/default.aspx
     
  2. Login with your MyCerritos credentials (Student ID Number & Password).

  4. This will take you to the same Office365 page where you can use the Office suite in your browser.

Through the Office website:

  1. Go to https://www.office.com/
  2. Click on the SIGN IN button.
  3. This will take you to the Microsoft login page.

  4. You will need to enter your CERRITOS COLLEGE STUDENT EMAIL then click continue. 
  5. This will take you to the MyCerritos login portal. Now you will need to replace your CERRITOS COLLEGE STUDENT EMAIL with your CERRITOS COLLEGE STUDENT ID NUMBER and enter your password.mycerritos login portal

     
  6. Once logged in you are able to use the Office365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) in your browser.
