How to Make a 2-Sided Copy at the copy machines

Price: 50 cents color per page (The copy machine to the right closest to the door has the color option)

Here is how to make a 2-sided copy at the copy machine:

Step 1
Purchase a print card from the circulation desk. One print card costs $1 and comes with 50 cents on the card. If you already have a print card with balance, you can proceed to step 3.

 

Step 2
If you need to add money to your print card use the machine located in the corner, across from the circulation desk (near the copiers) or the machine located in the lab.  
* Insert your card first and then add money, one bill at a time.

*How to reload card balance.

Step 3:

To activate the copy machine, insert print card into the card reader to the right of the copy machine. 

Step 4:

Press the grey home button on the copy machine which will take you to the home page.

 

Step 5:

Choose copy at the top left.

 

Step 6:

Go to the bottom row of tiles and click on 1-sided>>>1-sided.

 

Step 7:

You want to change this to 1-sided >> 2-sided.

Step 8:

Place the paper you wish to copy inside of the scanner area

Step 9:

Press the big green button to start. This will scan one side of the paper.

Step 10:

After it is done scanning you will flip the paper to be able to scan the other side. Now press the big green button.

Step 11:

Once it is done scanning the other side, press the finish scan button at the bottom right. This will begin the process to make a double-sided copy.

Step 12:

Retrieve your paper from the tray.

Step 13:

Don't forget to eject your print card. 

 

Congratulations! You have made a double-sided copy!
