Here are the steps you would need to take to open a PDF using Adobe Reader. You would use the reader in the case that you just want to open a pdf to read. If you need to edit a pdf, you will need to open Adobe Acrobat. This process should NOT prompt you to use your Cerritos login credentials. 

Step 1:

Download the PDF file you will be wanting to view.

Step 2:

Navigate to where the PDF file is located. In this example I saved my PDF in documents/test.

Step 3:

RIGHT-CLICK on the file. Scroll down to open with and choose Adobe Acrobat Reader. 

Step 4: 

Your PDF is open and ready.
