The Cerritos College Librarians have created hundreds of  Research Guides on many of the topics frequently chosen by students.  You can visit all the Research Guides to search by your topic Keyword or browse by Subject.

Do you need help getting started with a Research Paper?
Then the Research Basics guide is for you!

Do you have to write a paper on a Controversial Issue?
Start with the dozens of Controversial Issues Guides already created just for you!

Do you need to write a paper analyzing a book or author?
Then head over to the Literary Criticism Guide to get started!

Hello Brenda,

I checked the Library book catalog and went through several reference books and books on the shelf, written about herbal medicines and plants. There is a short article in the follow book:

Author: Hocking, George Macdonald
Title: A Dictionary of Natural Products : Terms in the Field of Pharmacognosy Relating to Natural Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Materials and the Plants, Animals, and Minerals from which They Are Derived. (See page 508 for description and uses)

A search in The Gale Virtual Reference Library (online reference book sources, accessible from the Research Databases page) yielded information about its cultivation and possible uses in ecosystems and alternative fuels. Not much on the medicinal use.

I did a Google Books search using keywords medicinal moringa and found pages from book sources we do not have. Here is the link to that information:
